DMT 114P离体微血管压力肌动描记系统可在体外模拟离体微血管在体内的生理压力、温度等环境,在模拟生理条件下研究微血管(直径≥40μm)结构与功能的系统。通过测量微血管管径变化在组织水平分析血管的生理功能及药物的药理学作用机制。该系统可用于微血管收缩舒张功能测量,平滑肌和内皮功能测定;相比其他血管灌流设备,离体微血管压力肌动描记系统可以测量更多的血管参数,如肌源反应及管腔内流动介导的血管舒张反应等,更综合全面分析微血管的生理功能。
离体微血管样本被固定于两根中空的玻璃插管上,通过主机设定调节血管生理压力与温度;缓冲溶液流经血管内 腔,进一步模拟血管的生理环境。连续测量生理环境条件下血管直径反映血管功能及药物的反应性。金属材质结构浴 槽内置电子加热,无需恒温水浴持续灌流,浴槽含独立的温度补偿功能,保证实验的精度及稳定性,耐酸不锈钢材质 浴槽内置压力传感器及连接管路,保证仪器的使用寿命的同时确保清洗简便,避免实验间污染。 内置水平方向张力换能器,测量血管拉伸时的张力,避免血管被过度牵拉。此外,用户可根据实验需求选择配置DMT162FM型微流量计,用于测量测量15 - 4000μl/min流速范围内的血管管腔内流量。 使用最新版 MyoVIEW 离体血管分析软件,可以收集记录如血管壁的厚度、血管管腔内外径、血管跨壁压及其他相关参数,如剪切力及血管阻力等。与传统的灌流系统相比,该系统为用户提供模拟生理环境条件,可以更全面、更直接地分析血管生理功能。 |

Having tried other systems and Danish Myo Technology pressure myographs I must say that I clearly prefer the DMT system. Both systems are easy to handle manually, however on the analysis side, the DMT system is superior.
